EAD/2 is a quick, easy way to perform simple finite element analysis and design on steel structures in the comfortable environment of SDS/2.
The setup area for each job gives you the flexibility to identify all the loads and load combinations you would like to apply to the structure. Using only the graphic interface, the loads are applied to the structure in the view and plane that they occur. Efficiently add platforms or substructures to an existing SDS/2 job, or perform additional analysis on an SDS/2 structure. View force diagrams, deflected shape diagrams and other pertinent data for enhanced cost efficiencies.
No need for file translation — the Engineering Analysis and Design Module uses the same 3D database and model, which makes importing and exporting models a thing of the past.
